This past year has been filled with some challenges, but, I believe, some very good events and programs for our Membership. Our membership is the largest we have had in a long….long…time. Leadership from the 13 Great Lakes regional CSI Chapters converged in Detroit’s Greektown for the 2019 Great Lakes Regional Conference in April. The Grand Rapids Chapter was well represented in both attendance as well as presenting at the conference. Beyond an opportunity to learn more about the various expectations of Executive Board positions (President, President Elect, Treasurer, Secretary) there were opportunities for learning about several key director positions including Programs and Membership.
